REDUCE HEAT TO MAINTAIN A LOW SIMMER AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES. 4. WITH LID ON, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET STEAM FOR 10 MINUTES. FLUFF IT UP WITH A FORK AND DIG IN. SERVES 4-5.
